The Pash Factor

If you didn’t know Sarah Howells (aka Pash) then you’re too late, as this amazing lady sadly left us last week (presumably for something far more important).

If you did, you’ll understand why she has inspired me to write this – and the more observant of you will notice it is only my third blog entry!

I work with business leaders every week, and regularly witness brilliant leadership towards their teams.  But nothing has yet compared to the legacy Pash has left us – her PMA.  Not only has it touched those close to her, it has reached out to all areas of our business community and beyond.

    Nice one Alan.
Overused word I know, but she was ‘awesome’…
Good on you for taking the time to display your feelings in such a public way.

In the last few days I have so often thought that Sarah would say ‘pull yourself together and get on with it!!’ I think she’d be pretty damn chuffed with the effect she had on everyone!

The power of positive thinking eh?!
